Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on August 24, 2021 found that Telespond Senior Services, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on June 28, 2021.
